South East Texas Management Network
In keeping with the philosophy of solving “regional” problems, SETRPC has remained committed to the citizens of Southeast Texas by coordinating a variety of programs relating to alcoholism and drug addictions since 1972. The Substance Abuse Division continues their efforts to assist Southeast Texans in need of substance abuse services through SETMN. SETMN maintains that chemical dependency is a chronic, progressive and treatable disease that affects those living with and/or closely associated with the chemically dependent person. SETMN also believes that the chemically dependent person and their family require the development of “non-chemical” coping skills to maintain sobriety. This management network was formed to ensure the development and utilization of a complete continuum of care that provides quality, consumer driven, cost effective services throughout the Texas Department of State Health Services - Region 5.
Prevention, intervention and treatment services are provided through the SETMN providers that serve following counties: Angelina, Hardin, Houston, Jasper, Jefferson, Nacogdoches, Newton, Orange, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Shelby, Trinity, and Tyler.
